       Today, I learned some topic that very important especially for those who taking Commercial Law as their subject. Regarding to CPA 1999, there are 5 points that I wanted to let you know ! Hopefully, you will understanding some of them.

1. Misleading conduct. Its mean that no person shall engage in conduct. In relation to goods is misleading or deceptive, or is unlikely to mislend or deceive, the public to the nature, manufacturing process, characteristics, suitability for a process, or quantity, of the goods.

2.  False of misleading representation. Its mean that no person shall make a false or misleading representation. The goods have had a paticular history or particular previous use.

3. Misleading indication as to price. A person commits an offence. If he gives to a consumer an indication which is misleading as to the price at which any goods or services are available.

4. Bait Advertising. No person shall advertise for supply at a specified price goods or services which that person does not have reasonable grounds for delivering can be supplied.

5. Gifts, prizes, free offers. No person shall offer any gifts, prize or other free item with intention of not providing it.
